This Friday, June 10, DIM KELLY is ready to reconnect with Lee Burridge’s magical imprint, All Day I Dream, with his latest gradious sonic effort, the Mangrove EP. The release follows his debut full length ADID release, 2021’s Nocturna Animal, and reinvigorates the awe behind his savvy take on organic, melodic house.

Winding through magical soundscapes and classic, organic instrumentation, the Mangrove EP revisit’s KELLY’s subtle, yet potent melodies and dance arrangements. The producer utilizes warm tones and pleasant bass lines to consistently offer a welcoming, pleasant aesthetic to his music.

Being an autodidact on Guitar, Violins and as a producer, Dim Kelly, has amassed a multitude of influences over the last decade exploring Hip Hop, Electronic & Classical music. Today his music is plainly the expression of his inner universe – breezy or joyful at times, and filled with melancholia at other moments. Nonetheless, what needs to be noted is Dim does not shy from the emotive aspect of (dance) music.

All Day I Dream has pioneered a whimsical and melodic style of house music that has made a massive impact on dance music as a whole – developing a sound that has helped the genre move beyond the clubs and into open-air, day time parties. Melodic and Organic house have since become their own genres on Beatport and many other labels have followed suit sonically.

All Day I Dream changes things up this year by commencing its USA season with its first ever multi-day festival. On May 12-15, The All Day I Dream Festival camped out in the idyllic surroundings of California’s Woodward Reservoir in Oakdale, California. For the festival’s inaugural lineup, Lee Burridge brought together over thirty five members of the ADID family from around the world as well as live acts and bands such as Little Dragon, RY X, Cubicolor, Jan Blomqvist and Gheist. An eclectic mix of brilliant music set in a serene natural pocket of nature.

Following the festival, ADID returns to its spiritual birthplace of Brooklyn, NY on June 5 for the first of two blistering events at Brooklyn Mirage. After a sell out show breaking all attendance records last year, this event is one not to be missed. North America loves All Day I Dream and the rest of summertime is highlighted by stops at Toronto’s Fort York, Denver’s Levitt Pavilion, a Chicago takeover at a venue to be named later on, and Montreal’s Off-Piknic event.
