Cercle announces arrival of their Cercle Festival in Mexico at San José del Cabo in November

Cercle announces the arrival of Cercle Festival in San José del Cabo, set to take place on November 14-15, 2026, within the singular landscapes of Baja California Sur.

Building on the momentum of its Paris editions, the festival continues its development with a new chapter in Mexico, bringing its signature blend of music, heritage and immersive production to a special, more intimate format. Designed as a boutique experience, this edition unfolds from 2 PM to 2 AM each day in an open-air environment where desert tones, palm trees and the sea create a distinctive setting for music.

Renowned for gathering a global audience, Cercle Festival has, since its inception, attracted attendees from across Europe and beyond, establishing itself as an international meeting point for electronic music and cultural experiences. The San José del Cabo edition marks a new step in this evolution, extending the festival’s presence to Latin America.

Hosted over the past editions at the National Air & Space Museum of France, one of the world’s oldest aviation museums, the festival has become a reference in electronic music experiences, known for its unique staging among historic aircraft and aerospace landmarks.

The 2024 edition sold out, welcoming audiences from over 70 countries. The 2026 edition, also sold out, will expand to three days, featuring 44 artists from 19 countries across three distinct stages. With San José del Cabo, the festival evolves into a more intimate expression of its vision, a format shaped by limited capacity and an even deeper focus on the overall experience.

Hosted at Crania, an innovative open-air artistic venue known for its reclaim concept, reusing materials to create a unique setting, the site stands as a creative space where architecture, sustainability and artistic expression intersect, shaped through repurposed structures and a strong focus on environmental consciousness.

Conceived as a destination gathering, this edition invites audiences to travel beyond the music itself, into an environment where landscape, culture and sound interact in a more immersive way. The open-air festival experience is structured around two distinct atmospheres: one stage set near the ocean, and another within a palm garden, offering contrasting yet complementary environments throughout the event.

“I’ve stood in a lot of beautiful places, but Baja California really does something different to you… The colors, the light, the contrast… it’s very special there. We’ve built so many meaningful memories in Mexico over the past years, so bringing the festival there for the first time outside of France felt natural. I want this to feel unique, timeless, and fully connected to its surroundings,” shares Derek Barbolla, Founder and Artistic Director of Cercle.
